Shipping & Returns

Returns: All product purchases are guaranteed free from defects. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We want happy customers! If your unit has a defect, you may return it within 15 days of shipping, and we will replace the same product. Due to the nature of electronic media, the unit in question must be returned and include a note describing the defect. We want you to be pleased with your purchase.

Shipping and Handling: Your order will be shipped via UPS; Ground, which is a 2 to 7 day delivery to most domestic destinations in the U.S., insured with delivery and tracking confirmation. A flat rate of $10.00 USD shipping and handling will be charged for purchases under $80.00 USD for domestic shipping (within the United States). Orders over $80.00 USD will be calculated based on weight, please contact The Solar Sign Light for confirmation at United States, (702)242.8884. For insured shipping and handling outside of the U.S., please contact The Solar Sign Light at United States, (702)242-8884. Unit orders will be shipped via UPS with a suitable address.

Conditions of Use

Payment Options: For online purchases, we gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. -ETA and Shipping Time Delivery time is based on: a) reasonable time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package. Non-Delivered Orders: Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order. -Back Orders If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and confirm the estimated delivery time. -Freight Damage Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Package(s)” before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. For freight truck deliveries, ask the driver for an “exception number” prior to his departure. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim. -The Law The person placing an order from this catalog warrants that he or she is a legal adult and is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such a person from ordering, owning, or possessing these items under state, federal or local laws. -Catalog/Website Errors We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but…sometimes, despite our best efforts, we goof. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary…and we’ll honestly and sincerely say We are Sorry.
